At Westbrook Clinic, my goal was to help redefine how the organization connected with the community, both online and in person. As a Social Media Specialist, I developed a cohesive digital brand that reflected the clinic’s commitment to accessible, patient-centered care. Through strategic storytelling, I created campaigns that made complex healthcare topics easy to understand and inspired patients to take proactive steps in their care journey.


I worked closely with leadership to craft a unified brand message across all communication channels, ensuring every post, visual, and caption reinforced Westbrook’s mission of compassionate service. By collaborating with community partners and healthcare organizations, I helped expand the clinic’s reach and strengthen its reputation as a trusted resource for quality care and education. The result was more than increased engagement, it was a clearer, stronger brand voice that guided patients toward better health outcomes and deeper trust in their care providers.
